Bath capacity

Galco now operates four galvanizing baths, at three locations - Dublin, Cork & Waterford. This gives us unrivalled capacity and flexibility and ensures you get your steel on site, on time every time.

Leadtimes have been dramatically reduced at all plants and we also operate a Booking System so that you can achieve the demanding schedules required in today's fast moving construction industry.

We aim to provide the highest possible levels of Customer Service and are happy to advise our customers on all aspects of the process - including good design practices, galvanizing performance, achieving a quality finish as well as issues relating to venting and draining (Click here for more information).

All material is processed in accordance with I.S. EN ISO 1461: 1999 and we are happy to issue certificates of conformance on demand.
